Could not find the key lucid_active in usersettings.xml

Assuming you are using Windows 7.

  1. Go to your C: Drive—->Users—>Your Profile—>Lucidlogix
  2. Rename lucidloader.ini to lucidloader.bak
  3. Rename lucid.log to lucid.bak (optional)
  4. Re-launch Virtu Control Panel.
  5. It will ask you if you want to re-create settings from default.
  6. Click Yes and accept.
  7. You should now be able to open the Virtu Control Panel and Enable Lucid
