Run this registry file to get the option to run a program in separate memory space on the run box.
It's mainly if you want to separate 16 bit programs when running them so that the entire OS don't crach if the program you are starting craches.
To run it you have to decide first what OS you are running since it has changed after Windows Vista and Windows 2003
